About RCTC

Established as a training arm of Rainbow Centre, RCTC supports the capability enhancement of professionals in the disability and social sector, public and corporate organisations, and caregivers, to enable persons with disabilities to live a quality life in an inclusive community. 


RCTC facilitators are drawn from a multi-disciplinary team of trainers and practitioners of special educators, therapists, psychologists and social works, from an organisation with 30 years of experience serving persons with disabilities.
