A giving movement under Rainbow Centre’s ‘Beyond Disabilities’ fundraising campaign
Birthdays, anniversaries, milestones – we know these moments are special on their own. Why not make them even more memorable and meaningful by helping us Build Good Lives for persons with disabilities?
60 Good Celebrations: Pledge Your Special Day celebrates the spirit of Singapore’s 60th birthday. As our country marks 60 years of independence, we are reminded of the power of community and collective action to step up and shape the inclusive future we want for ourselves and the generations after us.
We invite you to join us in honouring this spirit and take the step to raise funds and awareness for our mission!
YOUR ROLE AS A GIVING AMBASSADOR:
- Decide a target to fundraise for. We suggest a minimum target of $1,000, please do not worry about reaching the full amount. Every contribution, no matter how small, matters.
- Work with Rainbow Centre to set up a campaign on Giving.sg, which involves a short writeup and some photos. We will support you with content, not to worry!
- Promote your campaign on social media – your supporters get up to 250% tax deduction and get the chance to do good!

5 SIMPLE STEPS TO PLEDGE A GOOD CELEBRATION!
1. Make the Pledge
Start by pledging your special occasion — be it your birthday, wedding anniversary, work anniversary, friend-versary or other milestones! Fill up the form and we’ll help you get started: bit.ly/celebrateforRC.
2. Prepare Your Campaign
Think of a campaign name that reflects your celebration and craft a heartfelt write-up about why you chose to pledge your special day to Rainbow Centre. We’re here to help you if you need some inspiration!
3. Set Up Your Campaign
We will take you through a step-by-step guide on setting up your very own campaign on Giving.sg, a national giving platform, to kickstart your FUN-raising!
4. Tell the World
Spread the word of your good campaign to your family and friends! We make it easy. Use our Social Media Toolkit* packed with ready-made templates, catchy captions, and graphics to help you share your story and tag us on our various social media platforms!

5. Throw a Good Celebration
Hosting a party for your special day? Make your celebration even more meaningful with our Good Celebration Kit packed with inclusive-themed party essentials that spreads joy and awareness!
