Vision 2030
Formulated from engagement with key stakeholders, staff dialogues and deep-diving into data, the Future of RC: Vision 2030 Strategic Plan details 3 themes — Future of RC Services, Future of Staff and Future of RC Spaces — and 7 strategies that will guide RC towards a future defined by innovation and excellence in fulfilling our mission.
Theme 1: Future of RC Services

Theme 2: Future of RC Staff

We are committed to building a workforce that is not only highly skilled and diverse but also motivated by a shared purpose, aligning with the aspirations of modern workers. RC will accelerate the building of a competent workforce aligned with the evolving needs of our services, integrate talent management strategies across the employee lifecycle and design and implement progressive people practices and personalised benefits.
Theme 3: Future of RC Spaces
