Your Donations Enable Good Lives
At Rainbow Centre, we envision a world where persons with disabilities live Good Lives – lives that are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities. We work with our partners to create opportunities for persons with disabilities to make the most of their abilities and participate meaningfully in society. Through practical education, meaningful support and effective training programmes, we strive to increase the quality of life for them and their families.
While government funding sustains essential services like early intervention and special education, gaps persist for low-resource families and clients whose support needs are not fully met by existing programmes. As we heed the call and step up to meet those urgent, growing needs, we need your help. Please donate generously to empower our clients towards a better future. Help us continue bridging these gaps and raise $150,000 to empower our work in three key areas of needs:

Support low-resource families to access subsidies, assistive technology and crisis care
A growing area of need as the cost of living rises, 40% of our families require financial assistance across programme and transport fees, access to assistive technology and crisis support.

Run programmes to reduce social isolation for young adults with disabilities and reduce caregiver stress
To support families and our young adults, we run a range of programmes like family coaching, special student care services and adult programmes to prevent social isolation, all of which are not sufficiently funded and require support for the long run.

Invest in innovative solutions to address service gaps and enhance meaningful engagement
We encourage innovation and permeate good evidence-based practices with the set up of RC Seed Grant, which is awarded to research study projects by RC staff spanning areas like strategies for enhancing literacy instruction and game-based applications for socio-emotional education.
With a matching grant from the Tote Board, your donation will not only be subjected to a 250% tax deduction, but have double the impact towards a brighter future for our clients.
Meet the Artists Behind the Designs
Our budding artists are from Rainbow Centre’s Artability talent development programme for students 15–18 years old, who grow their visual art styles through training and opportunities. They are exposed to a variety of art mediums and advocacy opportunities to partake in the local art scene, through learning journeys or exchanges with professional artists or trainers.

Annice, artist behind ‘Bouquet for J’, has a deep passion for botanicals in her visual arts. She loves the use of bright, happy colours which aptly mirrors her positive and sunny personality.
As a student leader, she approaches her tasks with patience and resilience, while her jovial and friendly nature endears her not only to her peers, but also her teachers. Beyond her talents in drawing and painting, Annice also loves to sing.
‘Bouquet for J’ celebrates the essence of life’s simple pleasures through the rich colors of a blooming bouquet. This joyful mixed media piece overflows with a variety of blooms arranged in a harmonious yet dynamic manner.

Shaarvin is the artist behind ‘Painted Fishes’. He is an energetic young artist who finds joy in numbers and vibrant colours. His fascination with numbers inspires his art, often featuring them in his sketches.
Guided by curiosity, he explores his creative voice through playful colours and simple forms.
His ‘Painted Fishes’ artwork depicts a fun scene of fishes simply swimming in a blue sea, each fish is unique, distinguished by different shapes and patterns on their bodies. They vary in size as well, with the largest positioned at the centre — a hungry fish on the lookout for food.

Zhao Hang, artist behind ‘Things I Love About Chinese New Year’, is a creative young man who is constantly filled with quirky ideas that he can’t help but bring to life on paper.
Never one to follow the conventional path, Zhao Hang approaches his art with a sense of fun and a desire to do things differently. His creativity is not just about what he draws, but how he sees the world and expresses it in unexpected ways!
From lively lion dances to bright mandarin oranges and a joyful steamboat gathering, each element he drew in his piece ‘Things I Love About Chinese New Year’ reflects what he loves most about the season.

Graduate, Margaret Drive School
Ashley is the artist of ‘Delicious Soup Reflections’. Known for her love of Disney’s Frozen, Pokémon, Ninjago, and Mario, she excels at freehand drawing and has an uncanny ability to mix colours intuitively.
During her time at Artability, Ashley grew tremendously as an artist, diversifying her talents beyond fashion drawings to explore nature and architecture. She used a variety of mediums in her artwork, such as pencils, pens, and watercolour paints.
Ashley’s ‘Delicious Soup Reflections’ explores the theme of reflection and perspective, inviting us to consider how we perceive and interpret the world around us, encouraging a deeper appreciation for the simple pleasures of life.
