The Singapore Botanic Gardens is over 150 years old and is Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its octagonal gazebo, known as the Bandstand, was erected in 1930 and used for performances by regimental bands. To top off their tribute to this national icon and its famous orchid garden, the class of young artists added 3D clay models of the Vanda Miss Joaquim, Singapore’s national flower.
